What a sensible opening order looks like
Most brand owners arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. The checks behind every shipment
10 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 3.44 to 10.03 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For brand owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
What is the minimum order for THC vape?
Standard configurations start at 200 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 500 units because of setup time on the line.
