What happens when something goes wrong

How we structure a first order
A practical starting order for brand owners is 120 units across two or three SKUs, not 120 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the THC vape list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Labels, closures and traceability
Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.43 to 9.88 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
A landed cost sheet for THC vape has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
